By paying any invoice issued by Marks Media & Investments LLC, the Customer agrees to all terms and conditions. All payments are final and nonrefundable.

Marks Media & Investments LLC is responsible for creating, editing, and producing only the services explicitly agreed upon in the invoice or project agreement. No additional services are included unless specified otherwise in invoice.

A full agreed upon heads up notice is preferred for each new project sent. Insufficient notice may result in delays, for which the Company is not liable.

Once payment is made, it guarantees services for the agreed-upon dates and is nonrefundable under any circumstances.

Unauthorized communication or compensation to any individual within or affiliated with Marks Media & Investments LLC is strictly prohibited.

Any additional services beyond what is stated in the invoice or agreed upon will be billed separately at the Company’s standard rates. These additional services must be requested and confirmed in writing.

Marks Media & Investments LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the content created. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the final use, results, and distribution of the content.

The Customer may terminate the agreement with written notice. However, termination does not alter the non-refundable nature of any payments already made.
